Metroid Prime Trilogy will release on the Eshop the day they announce the launch date of Metroid Prime 4.
Mario 3D World Remastered for Switch
Resident Evil Code Veronica Remake
Half Life 3 will never be made.
Gran Turismo will fall as a title.
VR will die off and just be used as some filthy old bastards porn viewer.
Marvel vs Capcom 2 for all current platforms will be shadow dropped during this year’s EVO
I would love for this to happen. But apparently MVC2 is the most duct taped together game of all time. Want to say I read a dev interview in which they said they were surprised the game even worked lol.
I think this is why we haven't seen too many ports, and the ones we have seen haven't exactly been faithful, as in "arcade perfect".
From what I understand, the Dreamcast code is the best bet.
Aside from that, wouldn't be surprised if there's some Marvel hoops of licensing fuckery to jump through these days.
I'm totally with you on wanting this to happen, just not getting my hopes up.
1. Publishers will normalize in-game ads on fully prices products in preparation for streaming for extra revenue
2. Their will be a push once again to standardize always online in order to maximize microtransaction revenue.
3. Death Stranding will be reevaluated as a masterpiece ahead of it's time

Oh boy. Well that all sounds a bit disheartening. I’ll still keep my fingers crossed. I gotta believe that there’s something going on with it’s appearance at this year’s EVO.
1) More video games will get made
2) People will buy video games
3) Video games will be sold in plastic boxes

Woah, woah. Easy there Nostradamus. You’re making all us dime store fortune tellers look bad. :P
Hentai games will become mainstream and some will outsell AAA blockbuster games.
Lootboxes will be banned but nothing will change as they will just use vanilla microtransactions instead.
China is the biggest threat when it comes to censorship in gaming.
After so many flops and losing money and stock value, some games will be delayed to finish them. even though delaying them will drop stock value just not as much as releasing a broken mess.
California will continue it's censorship.
If we can do a 4, more agnostic gaming and the death of console hardware fanboys. :)
1. Next gen will not go as many has planned it to go.
2. The next BF will either make or break the franchise. The next iteration will go under the radar initially, but if it's a good BF, then later on in it's lifecycle it'll get the recognition it deserves.
3. A major fps franchise will release it's flagship game set in a pre WW setting, or have some kind of crazy mix-up with timelines to where tanks, helos, hovercrafts, and dinosaurs get to go toe-to-toe, and be surprisingly successful.
1.PSnow will come closer to mimic Gamepass
2. Sony will start making multiplayer titles during ps5 gen
3. Xbox hardware will still be behind by a large Marge to PS5.
Cool topic OP.
@uninspiredcup:
1. Yeah...could happen.
2. Not beyond the realms of possibility...
3. Oh come on now. Now I dont know if you trolling with the other two....
1. Bandai Namco Studios Inc. abandons PC gaming entirely with Tales of Arise and Blue Protocol marking the end of their PC support (iM@S: Starlit Season's PC port gets cancelled as a result). All future game releases will only target PS5 and Xbox Series X console-only releases.
1½. SoulCalibur VI and Tekken 7 are also ported to PS5 and Xbox Series X to improve the marketability for future season passes. PC support for SCVI and T7 will end once the current season passes are done.
2. Zenimax Media to file for bankruptcy over their insistence on supporting the dumpster fire that is Fallout 76. They also do mass layoffs for Machinegames, Arkane Studios and id Software to ensure that when Bethesda dies, all relevant IPs die with them.
3. S.T.A.L.K.E.R. developer GSC Game World dies a second time, with STALKER 2 only being 20% finished. IP eventually becomes abandonware with no one owning the legal rights to the game.

Marvel vs Capcom 2 is my favorite fighting game of all time... I don't care if it's duct taped together. If that's the case then others should do that more often.
I'm ok with a MvC2 shadow drop, but I would prefer the drop to be because they are also announcing MvC4 and it is taking STRONG inspiration from MvC2.
1. Todd from Bethesda will die in some crazy and unusual way.
2. Call of Duty VR
3. Sony comes back to E3.

Will happen: Metroid 4 will not launch on Switch but it’s predecessor.
Most likely will happen: Breath of the Wild 2 will be delayed to 2021 (Not even sure if Nintendo said it was going to release in 2020 in the first place)
Definitely will happen: Animal Crossing outsells Doom by a significant margin and breaks series sales records
Wildcard: Nintendo lied and Switch Pro gets revealed September 2020 with a March 5, 2021 release date.
PS5 and Xbox Series X sales will not meet expectations
Physical media will go extinct
We will see a third serious competitor enter either the GPU or CPU market.
1. Evercade will sell better than expected and reaffirm that the market for physical media is still there.
2. We will learn that both SONY and MS have acquired at least one more unannounced studio each.
3. There will be a smaller studio grab including trying to lock up A and AA games as exclusives during next gen mostly by SONY and Nintendo in an attempt to battle cloud services and streaming. Although there will be a stronger presence of indies all around with integration across all platforms being much more evenly distributed giving smaller devs a better base to operate from.
4. SONY and Nintendo make a partnership regarding a special service.
5. MS announces a service for their new console that allows you to play PC games in some way, shape, or form. (which if they do this as I predict would be a good reason for me to get both consoles at launch)
6. SONY and Nintendo will both half half steps, but MS will have 2 consoles at launch and not upgrade mid gen. Instead deciding to keep what they have and push harder with streaming and online services.
Who needs 3 when you can have 6? lol
Microsoft will attempt a hybrid console sooner than later... maybe with the "Lockhart".
Possible gaming product delays ahead due to China's current troubles.
Bobby Kotick... still rich
