Disney Dreamlight Valley: Fungeons And Dungeons Quest Guide

Vanellope's questline in Disney Dreamlight Valley largely revolves around her acclimating to a more relaxed lifestyle while also teaching you how to enjoy some role-playing adventures around the valley. It's all about give and take, right? When you reach her level 10 friendship quest, "Fungeons and Dungeons," you'll be ready to take on the ultimate challenge. Here's how to complete the quest.

How to complete the Fungeons and Dungeons quest in Dreamlight Valley

When Vanellope reaches friendship level 10, speak to her to begin the "Fungeons and Dungeons" quest, which tasks you with finding three keys to open a very special red chest inside of Vanellope's house. If you want what's inside, it's probably best you play along with her fantastical quest.

Vanellope will first ask you to toss on some rustic clothes, so pick from anything you have that meets those requirements--overalls are a good choice. If you don't have anything, head over to Scrooge's shop and see if you can round some up.

Next, you'll need to head to the "Rat's Inn," which is actually Remy's restaurant. Inside, speak to Remy, who will then direct you to Anna nearby. Anna will give you the first key. Afterward, go to the Mystical Cave on Dazzle Beach and make your way to the very bottom where Olaf will grant you the second key.

After getting the first two keys, speak with Vanellope to find out that it's time to take on the biggest challenge yet. Equip the Pixel Sword backpiece earned in one of her prior quests. You'll also need to round up a Monster Bestiary Book in Arendelle Castle (Kristoff and Anna's house) and make some Raspberry Boba Tea.

When you're prepared to unleash your final attack and earn the last key, head to the Vitalys Mines in Sunlit Plateau. Inside, you'll find Stitch directly to your left, and he'll provide your pickaxe with the ability to break down cardboard monsters. You'll now need to start on the left side of the mines and work your way through "attacking" these "evil beasts" with your pickaxe. Keep clearing a path to Buzz about halfway through the mines, at which point you'll finally snag the third key.

With all three keys obtained, make your way back to Vanellope and give them to her. She'll give you the special red chest, which you can open in your inventory to find that it's filled with cardboard cutouts. When you're ready to wrap things up for good, speak to her a final time to get a candy race car and complete her questline.
