Disney Dreamlight Valley deals with some surprisingly complex emotional themes, and your dealings with The Forgotten are where a bulk of them surface. In one quest obtained after inviting your alter ego to your valley, you'll need to find a way to make them feel more at home. Here's how to complete "The Magic in Everything" quest.

How to complete The Magic In Everything quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley

To start "The Magic in Everything" quest, you'll need to have first fully completed the first arc of Disney Dreamlight Valley's main story and have invited The Forgotten to be a part of your valley. Once at least a week has passed from that time, you'll be prompted to begin the quest. When that happens, simply go and speak to The Forgotten to begin it.

The first thing The Forgotten asks of you is to take three photos of specific things around the valley:

  • A cool yellow flower that only grows in the Forgotten Lands - This is a yellow nasturtium, which you'll find plenty of in the Forgotten Lands.
  • A neat bird with the darkest feathers in the valley - This is the Classic Raven, which can only be found in your valley between 12AM and 12PM on Monday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. However, if you've fed this bird and earned them as a companion already, you can equip them so that you can score a quick photo.
  • A giant skull off Dazzle Beach - This is the large, mossy skull near the circular island on Dazzle Beach, which is almost impossible to miss.

After taking the photos, return to The Forgotten, who will then task you with creating a cozy room for them in your house by placing specific types of furniture in it. Head to any one of your homes and clear out a room, then access your furniture menu. Here, the game will give you six marked segments you can access to ensure you're placing the appropriate furniture in the room.

Thankfully, the game makes finding the furniture you need relatively easy.

When you've finished placing the furniture, return to The Forgotten once more and turn the quest in. Doing so will earn you some tasty cookies--though they admittedly don't grant much energy and won't be great for keeping your bar topped off. Even so, it's the thought that counts, right?
