So this is the first blog I've ever done and I don't really know what to put in it, so I guess I'll just talk about Pro Evolution Soccer. I recently purchased this game off of eBay for a pretty decent price. I had heard great things about it from several gaming forums. I have been a strong supporter of the FIFA franchise, which I still enjoy playing, but I had grown tired of constantly beating my friends by ridiculous scores like 6-0 and what not. And it also eventually grew hard to ignore how cheap and unrealistic the finesse shot is in FIFA. So that's why I decided to buy Pro Evolution Soccer.

So when the game finally arrived I quickly ripped it out of the package and inserted it into my 360. When it first loaded I have to admit I was a little disappointed. I was so used to stellar graphics of FIFA 07. And you may be saying to yourself, "Aren't you disappointed in the lack of teams?" But no, I was not, I knew about that before I purchased it so I was ready for it.

So I finally started up my first game and something happened that hadn't happened to me in a long ass time...I lost! And quite badly too. And I was very frustrated because I had lost like 5-0. I hadn't even scored a goal, how pathetic was I? And I honestly thought maybe I should just go back to FIFA seeing as how easy it was and how good I was at it. But I continued to play and finally about 15 minutes into the first half of the 5th game that I played I finally scored. And it felt great, I really felt like I earned that goal.

So after playing the game for a couple days and honing my skills I decided to venture online. My first two games online I lost by a combined score of 11-3. But it actually felt really good. The games were both close till half time, then the skills of the veteran PES players came out and they destroyed me. But I actually enjoyed playing them. I enjoyed it much more then when I would play FIFA online and win pretty much every time.

The game play in PES 2007 is so realistic. I would recommend this game for any soccer enthusiast. And if you are a true soccer fan you should own this game. I really enjoyed writing this. It is my first ever blog and I would really enjoy some feedback.

Thats very funny. Winning Eleven is one of the best kept secrets of soccer. Mostly the Americas play Fifa; PES everywhere else. I know this from expierience in Living in Spain, France, Portugal, North Africa.
