I think now comes the time when most of the people who had this glorified idea of what this game was going to be come back down to earth. If the screens and info such as no franchise mode didn't do it, this video should.

What in the fulc are you talking about dude ... the video was awesome ... btw dont watch the youtube one go to gametrailers.com and watch it in HDTV. My money is ready. The animations are spot on no ice skating. Great weather effects did you see the raidrops bouncing off the helmet of that one guy. The player models are much more realistic then the cartoony look of madden. And they leak meaner as well. Thank god someone stepped up and SCRAPPED THE VERY old ratings system and tried something new. Aren't you getting tired of determing how good your players are by looking at a bunch of numbers. ITs freaking last gen. I just hope the APF system is better. Anyways I'm still hungry for more info and I wanna see some videos of madden and this. If the online is as good as it should be then I just might need madden this year. And I can finally give a stick in the ass to EA for making me play sub par football games the last 2 years on my 360.

Btw .. I'm not down on madden just EA. EA has been milking us cows for a while now you guys get so excited to see things in the game that should have been there 2 years ago. The only good thing that I can say about madden is that they tightened there gameplay but I wanna see it in action first.

GO APF... A football game that gets rid of the stiffiness of the NFL let us be FREEEEEE and ****ing dance in the endzone and talk **** to dudes on the sidelines and maybe just maybe we can see a fight or something ... who knows.

Video looked good to me other than the fact that the players are skinnier then they should be. I'll probably get this game.

The only thing I saw wrong with it was that the players were too skinny. But if I'm not mistaken, this "teaser trailer" was an early build; we'll know that on Monday, when the official trailer drops.

That said, even if the players do wind up being skinny, it will be one heck of a game. That trailer made me even more excited about the game.

Pasta, if it doesn't say "Madden" on the cover, you're going to make fun of it, so your post is no surprise to me.

ya i thought the same thing about the players being skinny. the part i LOL were the missiles from the plane shooting out after a TD lol. other than that it wasn't bad. some of the player animations were good, other times they looked stiff.

It look like a arcade game IMO. To me it just doesnt look realistic. Some of the animations looked pretty good (the 1 hand catch looked nice). But the overall game look is somewhat weird looking. (The players look retarded, but they always have on 2k).

Still only a rental IMO (until I play the game I could not see buying this game).

Bad as you can get, o my gosh. Maybe they forgot to realize Olineman dont weigh 230 lbs anymore, it looked nasty. And for the ones who think it looked good your going to waste your $60 on that.

I just watched the HD Verison on gametrailer.....and i decided that this is the end of APF 2k8. That game looked like a late ps2 or xbox title. The animations looked stiff and the players were very skinny. ITS OVER...THIS GAME IS GARBAGE
