Are you using a script blocker of any form? This includes any add-ons that may have been added by your AV, as these often have such functionality.

If you are, then you need to allow scripts from ajax.googleapis.com (or just googleapis.com in general), as the WYSIWYG editor relies on them.

I can do it now, thanks. :)

Again with the same problem and I did what you said. Also, GS is way too slow for me.

When you click on the WYSIWYG editor text entry area is an orange rectangle appearing when it doesn't allow you to use it? If so then refreshing can often fix it - it appears to be an issue where the script fails to load properly, in a similar manner to how CSS can fail to load for webpages if the connection is somehow severed or even just times out. The site being slow would be related in that case - It could be an issue with your net connection or with the site server or a combination of the 2, regardless of the cause it's likely to temporary/intermittent though.

@93BlackHawk93: Is the issue consistent or intermittent?

If it's intermittent then a screenshot of what the page looks like and a screenshot of a part of the page source when the editor doesn't work would be useful - the part of the page source would be the rather large chunk related to the editor, which can easily be found by searching for "js-wysiwyg forum-add-ajax" and taking a screenshots of that and everything below it all the way down to where "btn btn-primary js-ajax-api-track-form-submit" will appear. Using the find feature (ctrl+f) will make finding the right section using those 2 search terms quick and simple. My guess is it's server/connection related in this case that would be causing an abnormality/cut-off in the script, preventing normal use.

If it's consistent (however, as you can clearly post every so often, this does not appear to be the case, unless you're using a different computer), then there's loads of possibilities, troubleshooting would include:

In firefox: does starting in safe mode (help->restart with add-ons disabled) reliably fix it?

In chrome: does starting a new incognito session reliably fix it if you don't activate any add-ons or other extensions after starting the session?

Are any other programs running that may be interfering with the way the browser/net connection works?, this includes firewalls and antiviruses - try disabling them and refreshing a suitable forum page to see if that fixes it - but remember to turn them back on after you're done testing to see if disabling them fixes it.

I restarted it.
