do you start out with a bad team and then after the season if you did good can you go to another team?

Well if you're doing a "closed" legacy you start out at a small team and have to stay at the school for two years then if you get offers you can go to another team. For "open" legacy you can go from one team to another but it all depends if another school offers you a job. I'm doing a "closed" legacy with Arkansas-Pine Bluff.

I just started a legacy about a week and a half ago...

Team: University of North Florida (Atlantic Sun conference)
Year 1: 20-8; went to Tourney as 14 seed; lost to Indiana (3 seed)
Year 2: 18-13; missed Tourney by one game; got first four star recruit though

I was offered some mid level conference positions but nothing that would make me want to leave.
