Re: Michigan Wolverines Dynasty/SuperStar
NOTE: Injuries have killed me and will really have an impact on this game. I have only 4 bench players that can play (PF #21, PF #12, SG #03, and F. Ferguson)
----------------------------------------------------------------------- Game 18 Ohio St. Buckeyes (15-2) @ #11 Michigan Wolverines (14-3) ![]() Ohio St. Starting Lineups: C- C #31- 77 ovr PF- Jon Rankin- 79 ovr SF- O. Bunch- 84 ovr SG- SG #33- 73 ovr PG- SG #13- 73 ovr Michigan Starting Lineups: C- C #22- 71 ovr PF- PF #34- 72 ovr SF- Andrew Chung- 74 ovr SG- Zach Myers- 76 ovr PG- Rupert Berger- 81 ovr This game was a battle for 1st place in Big Ten Conference. Both teams showed why they were #1. They combined for 168 points, 67-112 from the field, and 13-30 from 3-Point land. OSU jumped out to an early 6 point lead. Michigan's players are fighters so they came back and it remained a back and forth game until MU went to the 2-3 Zone on Defense. Ohio St. had trouble scoring on it and Michigan took advantage. They led by 4 going into the 2nd half. C #22 kept Michigans' injuries woes going as he got injured and was out the rest of the game. But, Frank Ferguson was big. He was origanally playing for suspended C #32 but played big minutes in C #22's injury. He was big in this game scoring 15 points and grabbing 9 boards. But MU got up to as many as 9. OSU was led by Bunch and SG #33 to get back in it. The last 2 minutes were so energetic that you couldn't hear yourself think. Rankin had a big play to give OSU a 3 point lead with 1:40 to go. 78-75 and Ohio St. was leading. "Big Shot" Chung hit a 3 to tie it up with 1:31 to go. Chung made 5 3-Pointers to give him 15. Ohio St. hit another shot and was up by 2 with 1:20 to go. PF #34 drove to the basket and got fouled. He made 2 clutch Free Throws to tie it at 80 with 1:08 to go. Ohio St. made another shot but this time forced a turnover and kept it the rest of the way. #10 Indiana
Wisconsin @ Penn St. Purdue Ohio St. @ #10 Indiana @ Illinois Penn St. @ Purdue @ Northwestern @ #7 Michigan St. Northwestern Minnesota Iowa @ Iowa @ Minnesota Actually, vrobx, I only play Ohio St, Michigan St., and Illinois once. Here is my conference schedule. Unless I missed one, IDK why I only play them once? __________________ |

Re: Michigan Wolverines Dynasty/SuperStar
Hmm, guess since you have 10 conference opponents and only 16 conference games, some had to be played just once.

Re: Michigan Wolverines Dynasty/SuperStar
Game 19--Year 2 #11 Michigan Wolverines (14-4) @ #1 Indiana Hoosiers (15-2) Michigan Starting Lineup: C- C #22- 73 ovr PF- PF #34- 74 ovr SF- Andrew Chung- 74 ovr SG- Zach Myers- 77 ovr PG- Rupert Berger- 81 ovr ![]() Indiana Starting Lineup: C- C #32- 70 ovr PF- Nathan Calloway- 79 ovr SF- SF #23- 84 ovr SG- Bobby Townes- 81 ovr PG- PG #01- 78 ovr Overtime Thriller Ends Up In A Heartbreaker Somplace In, IN (AP)- Coming into the game Michigan had this season's series 1-0. Indiana did not want to lose twice to MU. But what team came out victorious? It started out with Indiana on fire and had a 6 point lead early. But Michigan was led by their starters. They totaled up 76 of Michigans points. Berger and Chung were the leaders each having 18. Chung hit some very critical three pointers late. Michigan ended the first half on a 12-5 run which got them ahead by 3. They started the 2nd half great with a steal and then a 3-pointer by Chung. IU wasn't looking good at all mid-way through the 2nd half but led by Bobby Townes, IU came back from a 10 point defecit to tie it up. This high scoring affair was a thriller also. Townes hit a great 3 pointer to get the Hoosiers up by 3, 77-74. Chung answered right back to tie it at 77. This game was too good to end in 2 halves so it went into OT after a PF #34 missed buzzer beater. But, again, the freshman sensation, Bobby Townes, was just too much for the Wolverines as he got most of Indiana's points in OT. IU got up by 5. Then 7. Then 5. Then 8 and it was over by then. Michigan had some kind of offense to make the final score 97-92 in the Hoosiers favor. ![]() Berger is an angry man in this picture ![]() SG #03 gets a tough shot to fall ![]() Myers also gets a tough shot to fall ![]() C #22 has a great dunk that made the defender look silly ![]() This block by Ferguson was too late as there was under a minute to go in OT Clutch Time/Play- Approximately from 3:30 to 0:00 in OT for the Hoosiers as they gained a lead and never gave it up Play of the Game ![]() WOW...uh...WOW!!! Re: Michigan Wolverines Dynasty/SuperStar
Yeah I really lost the IU one myself. I was up by 10 and put my bench in for some playing time and they lost it. They couldn't make any shots or play any defense whatsoever. I'm not too worried about the Illini. I'm pretty sure we can get past them.
