Both #1 and #2 teams lost their Big Ten openers. Either they were a bit overrated or the entire conference is just a monster! Looks like a tough conference to compete in indeed. Go Wolverines!

Michigan got ahead early and never looked back. Getting up to a 30 point lead at one time, this game was never close. Michigan is 3-0 versus their conference after winning 79-60.

Michigan was 13-3 (3-0) coming into the game against underdog Purdue Boilermakers. Purdue was putting up a fight the whole game. Except 5:30- 3:30 in the 2nd half. A 2 minute run that but all gave Michigan the victory. During that span Berger showed up hitting two 3's that added to his 16. Myers and Chung combined for 26 and SG #15 got injured and will be out 8 days. He will miss the next game against a tough Ohio St. team (15-2) and against #1 Indiana. Berger also was injured early but came back and did fine. Michigan is 4-0 in conference play as they beat Purude 78-71.

Yeah you'd think it'd be football would be MU and Ohio St. but Ohio St. has a good team this year. Hopefully, since C #32 is suspended, Ferguson will come up big off the bench. He is a beast for a 59 overall.
