Re: Michigan Wolverines Dynasty/SuperStar
BAD NEWS I would have the Illinois game posted but the game was so cheap that I chucked my controller and shut the game off. But the bad news is I shut it off when it was saving so it went corrupt. So, I'm sorry to say, this threaad is closed. It's all my fault. Sorry if you were a follower but I was just so mad. Sorry __________________ Last edited by YoungWonda : 05-20-2008 at 08:50 PM. |

Re: Michigan Wolverines Dynasty/SuperStar
Sorry for slow updates, I haven't felt like playing. No updates this weekend as I am going to my dads and will not have access to the digital camera.

Re: Michigan Wolverines Dynasty/SuperStar
Yeah I'm joking. I'm thinking about backing my dynasty up so that wont happen. Thanxx for following again.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------ To kill some time, I'll do a press conference with Coach Jones of the Wolverines about his thoughts this season and their upcoming opponents. Michigan Press Conferene Coach J- Ok, I'll take some questions about the team. Reporter #1- Coach, how is your team rebounding after back to back losses against tough conference opponents? Coach J- Well, it's obviously tough to drop two in a row and it's definitely harder to have them be against conference teams. I think we're rebounding good, though. We should have a good game against Illinois. Reporter #2- Where do you see yourself in the Top 25 by seasons end? Coach J- Well, we're currently at 14, as you know, and there is, I believe, there's 10 games left and we have Michigan St. in there. I see us somewhere in the 13-18 range. Reporter #2- What about in the conference standings? Coach J- I think we'll stay in the 2-4 range. Unless something goes wrong which could happen. Reporter #3- Why is your team start the game so poorly? Coach J- We don't honestly know. Um...we don't know why we're a second half team. I stress this so much to the team to get going early and we just can't seem to do it. Reporter #1- Your team doesn't have a star scorer. There has only been a few times where a player has over 20 points. What is up with that? Coach J- We have 5 great starters and they can all score. So 5 scorers plus our bench, it's gonna be hard for someone to score 20. Our "Big 3" is averaging somewhere between 11-13 I believe. Unless we start losing, no one is really going to step up. PAUSE Coach J- Ok thanks for your time. __________________ Last edited by YoungWonda : 05-24-2008 at 03:20 PM. |

Re: Michigan Wolverines Dynasty/SuperStar

RETIREMENT?!?! Ann Arbor, MI (AP)- Well only if Coach Jones stuck true to his words. At officially 9:34 on May 25th, 2009, Coach Jones said he was resigning from the team. "I think it's time to move on. I love this team and I wish them the best of luck, but I think it's right for me." Coach Jones has led this team to a Final Four last year and high rankings this year. Coach Jones has been 41-14 in all his games with Michigan. "It's a sad thing. I loved Coach J and he was a great leader and I wish he hadn't done this." Those were the disappointing words from Zach Myers who arrived the same year as Coach Jones. The team is sad and the organization is baffeled. Michigan will finish the year with an interim head coach. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ For those who don't get this, it means I'm done with this chise. I officially was done when I beat Illinois 84-78 and went to type up the stats and my power went out. So, I lost all the game stats (because I didn't save it) and that was the straw that broke the camels back. It was getting hard to continue updates plus I'm going to be away for the whole summer and it would be hard to get updates in. I'd like to give a BIG BIG BIG THANK YOU TO: vrobx1 woy1509 Apocalyspe21691 buckeyefaithful And any others who were following. I will simulate the rest of the season. Give you guys a brief summary and some quick stats. Then..... ![]() The thread will be officially closed on Monday ,May 26th at around 8:00 CT. So get your posts in and all that. Sorry guys ![]() __________________ |

Re: Michigan Wolverines Dynasty/SuperStar
![]() Well guys, it's now officially over. I simmed the season and got whatever looked like what a good final report would need. It's been 11+ pages and it's been fun. I loved every part of it and I hope everyone else did too. P.S. I'm not going to close the thread. I'll keep it open. So post thanks and good-byes or not..... __________________ |
