If this game allows you to put together your own staff of assistant coaches, who will you look to hire in order to make your team better?

I'd try to lure Martz to the team as my offensive coordinator with a large contract. As for my defensive coordinator, I'd try to outbid the cheap-ass Chicago Bears for Ron Rivera...

Jim Johnson for defensive coordinator, and Martz for offense, but he would HAVE to run the ball, and also as my sleeper coach....Jerry Rice for my WRs
