Game Informers article : Game is sounding and looking good

I'm happy to say the article i just read in Game Informer makes me want this game so much more. The pics in the article look amazing, and some of the features they list have me anxious. Let me pull a few quotes out of here that some might like to hear

"What can strategy do for you? Good strategy is exploiting the weakneses of your opponent through play calling and the matching up of the right players. Good general managers identify college and free agent talent for your team. Smart coaches know how to formulate and run a gameplan as well as keep the players ready and motivated to execute the plan. NFL Head Coach lets you do all of these things"

"On the practice field you'll oversee workouts and the creation of plays using the madden football engine. And of course on gameday, you'll roam the sidelines and call plays and work with players."

"...you'll be delegating responsibilities to your coordinators on the sideline and up in the booth, coaching players who may need motivation ( which will likely manifest stat bumps during the play), and of course, calling the the right play according to down, distance, and game situation. Then you sit back and watch the action unfold like a normal game of Madden."

"....players have to be developed and motivated to ensure that their skills emerge."

Also, it says online and multiplayer have yet to be announced.

how would online work in this game... calling plays against each other? would that actually be fun

EDIT: It also said something about using the headset. Here is what it said

There might be a copyright issue with scanning it, not sure though...

yeah it said something about shouting plays out through the headset, and if i recal you can talk to your QB and change plays while they are in huddle or saomething of that nature, ill read through again and double check it.
There was also something in there takin out of the Superstar mode i madden. Something of an interview sort that will determine your skills as a coach.

You know there will be a multiplayer, i think it would be nice actually. try to figure out the opponents scheme, could be a good friend of your you are going against and and you know he likes to run the ball alot, you can play against that, but then again he might change his gameplan and do more of a passing scheme this game. sounds good to me.

Quick question. is this gunna be for Xbox 360?

i think this is gonna be ea's attempt to keep current gen alive while they fix next gen. in others no, i dont thinks so. They had PS2/Xbox/PC listed in consoles
