Rank EA's top 25 Head Coaches of all time..

So EA decided to include a list of top 25 head coaches of all time in order for you to climb the ladder and be #1. But what we don't know is what order they will go in. Here is EA's list. Put them in the order in which you think they belong.

* George Allen
* Paul Brown
* Bill Cowher
* Mike Ditka
* Weeb Ewbank
* Ray Flaherty
* Joe Gibbs
* Sid Gillman
* Bud Grant
* George Halas
* Mike Holmgren
* Jimmy Johnson
* Earl "Curly" Lambeau
* Tom Landry
* Marv Levy
* Vince Lombardi
* John Madden
* Chuck Noll
* Dan Reeves
* Marty Schottenheimer
* Mike Shanahan
* Don Shula
* Hank Stram
* Dick Vermiel
* Bill Walsh

By the way, Parcells and Belichick couldn't be on here because they aren't in the Coaches Club. I'm sure they'd have made a lot of your lists, but we're just going to use the ones EA gave us to try and hammer out the order.

Also, if anyone nails down the exact list before it's posted by EA, I'll throw a t shirt your way. Only the first person to get it right will get one.

I don't dare actually provide a ranking of the coaches from 1-25, but I do have a different opinion on Bill Walsh. I think, if the game is including the concept of your program producing assistant coaches who go on to become successes as head coaches and then those coaches producing other head coaches, you need to rank him in the top 10, because he's certainly done that. His own won-loss record isn't maybe as good as some of the others, but if you look at superbowls won (By himself AND the head coaches his program produced), and an influence on the way offensive football has evolved and has been played, especially in the last 25 years, he's gotta rank highly. But I've always been a fan of the way Bill Walsh runs a program, so it's probably a biased opinion.

u should rank them, its not that hard i just took a couple minutes and looked at their records and what they had done and ranked them, i didn't really think about it from your point of view

I agree that Walsh should be way up there because of his lineage. It's pretty impressive to see how his staff members have gone on and become successful and then their guys have done the same.

RAC,
In the career mode blog, you state that during the interview we are asked which coaching legends' styles we appreciate most. Are we prompted to select from this list and if so, how many selections can we give?

The question is a little more complex than just asking which style you respect. They ask a question and attached to the answer is each coaching legend. So they might ask you a question about your philosphy and in the answer you'll say "I'm sort of like Joe Gibbs because he would do this.."
