As I was sitting down watching the Cavs get beat the other day I thought of a great idea that we could start doing here in the EAFL. I don’t know if it has been done before, but I think that we should give out end of year awards. Since this next season is supposedly 08s last season I think that we should attempt to try it. I will run it, but I know I will need some help getting this set up so it is legit. I want everybody’s opinion on this, as I know we have varying opinions here at the EAFL for sure. There could be awards for things such as best poster, funniest, best offense, best defense, best game, biggest surprise, rookie of the year and things like that.

I figure the best way to do this would be to get a panel of 4 people (myself included) to pick the best nominees for each (around 4 nominees for each category), and then have the rest of the league vote on it. If there is not enough interest in this to do it, then I won’t go out of my way for it. I think that it is a cool idea though because we could archive it into it’s own thread and bring it back to see how things have changed from game to game in the EAFL.

This would be for 360 only, but if someone wanted to do this for PS2 then be my guest.

What do you guys think about this?

it kinda has been done before.. but it wasn't like "official" it was just like, a thread where everyone posted their opinions if i remember correctly.. (but im probably wrong.. dam alcohol kills ur memory lmao)

i like the idea tho.

Just want to make sure we on the same page Bev, when you say end of the season u mean end of the madden year? Or end of that particular season in the EAFL?

Ohok yeah we've done this before but its never been official like casp said. But it sounds like a great idea Bev talk to T about the possible archiving and how you want to go about it.

This has been done before and after the 1st attempt we never did again because everyone got upset that I won in every catagory. 99 cool
