No it isn't my good man. It is a tournament style (in that the rules most closely resemble those of the major madden tournaments) league that allows it's members to play whatever way they want without a rulebook so thick it takes a team of lawyers to decipher. Universally accepted glitches are not allowed, and are listed in the league rules, but all other styles of play are welcome.
