2008 Season Outlook
Gators have talent and experience to go all the way

As the 2009 season opens up, the question for the Gators is can they win it all? They have experience, talent and depth but you have to be consistent and run the table all year. The Gators return 2 all-americans on offense, and the back to back Heisman winners in Tim Tebow, and Percy Harvin. Add a experienced Wide out in Thompson and a 4-star WR freshman expected to be a #4 on the depth chart and you have a serious threat. When the passing game is down, the running game will be there. They return 2 good running backs in Moody, and Rainey who split time last year. The Offense will be in tact and predicted to score tons of points...
The defense will be the biggest question mark on this team, they return the all-american MLB spikes and have a impact player in ROLB Doe. Their Corners are extremly fast for the posistion. The Safetys will be in doubt, but if the outstanding Defensive front can contain pressure on the QB's then the safetys wont be a problem.
The Gators open up at home vs Maryland and after that its a 2 game stretch that they should win. They also have #1 Georgia, #8 South Carolina and #7 LSU. Its a tough schedule this year but the Gators should be favored in most games..... It should be a good year to be a Gator fan.
