Fred Taylor for Greg Jennings
This trade is being proposed to me. I would recieve Taylor for Jennings. I was looking for some RB depth and WR is easily my deepest position.
His RB's are: Larry Johnson Willis McGahee Thomas Jones Fred Taylor My WR's are: Roy Williams Greg Jennings Bernard Berrian Reggie Williams Kevin Walter My RB's are: Steven Jackson Michael Turner Kevin Jones It's a 3WR and 2RB set-up with 5BN spots. Shaun McDonald (DET) is available on the waiver wire, so he would be a nice pickup to replace Jennings for some depth. **Also, this league does not allow for a third RB amongst the starters, so is it worth dealing Jennings for someone that may not deserve to start over Turner? __________________ ![]() CHECK THE MYSPACE OR FACEBOOK HAVE YOU EVER NOTICED THAT MOST OF THE WOMEN WHO ARE AGAINST ABORTION ARE WOMEN YOU WOULDN'T HAVE FVCKED IN THE FIRST PLACE? - GEORGE CARLIN Last edited by DonPadr1no : 08-30-2008 at 03:37 PM. |

Re: Fred Taylor for Greg Jennings
I would do it, I am not very high on Kevin Jones. Do you think Turner is ready to be a featured back on a bad Falcons team? Im sure he will get his carries, but a lot of teams are going to load the box on them with their rookie QB. If he starts. Jacksonville's identity is to run the football and will use both of their backs plenty.

Re: Fred Taylor for Greg Jennings
I would actually counter offer for T. Jones. If he wants Jennings bad enough he will do it (If you absolutley wanna trade). Just me speaking here though, I wouldnt get rid of Jennings at all due to the fact hes arguably your #1 receiver, Berrian stinks, and you have no depth at all at the WR position besides that. Theres plenty of "Sleeper" rb's on the wire this year though, C. Perry, S. Slaton, etc, How big is your league?

Re: Fred Taylor for Greg Jennings
Have you pulled the trigger yet? I hope not. Whos on the wire as far as RB's goes? I know 14 is a pretty deep league. Heres some to consider, C. Perry, S. Slaton, M. Morris, K. Watson, B. Jackson, P. Thomas, A. Bradshaw. Let me know whos on the waiver. I would hate to see you lose Jennings for a backup RB and Jennings "Explodes"
