[NHL 2004] I know how to change the front-end stuff, but how do I change the in-game (unis , ice , etc)? It looks like the files are .viv files. Can this be done with Paintshop Pro (I have PsP8)?

you need eagraph and biggui to open and view the files and you can use phooshop to edit them
