David Beckham just signs 5 year $250 million deal with LA
Can you believe the contract Beckham just got to play in the MLS? I know he's a little older now, and he's not the player he was, but I guess it will be interesting to watch him in the MLS. He is amazing on free kicks.

crazy. I'm sure the Galaxy's first home will be sold out. I'm interested in seeing how he fares in MLS.

hes 31, he'll dominate the MLS. yes im a huge becks fan but even i'll admit ever since he became a larger than life superstar, hes been way overrated. he was still an amazing player, but he was much better when he was the young kid coming up through the man utd system and taking over the 7 from cantona. he'll do extremely well in the MLS considering djorkaeff wasn't as good as him and was like 38 when he came over a few years ago and did really well. this is great for US soccer though.
