-Definetly add the MLS and add a few stadiums for the MLS as well.
-Fix all the numerous glitches from 07. Especially the speed glitch and finess shot glitches
-Make the Manager Mode at least 10 years, if not the full 15 the current gen gets.
-Add some secondary leagues and a few more popular european leagues. Just for tournaments sake... it weird playin the FA cup with only EPL teams.
-Add some more realistic generic stadiums. That "estadio artes" or whatever it's called is fine, but it should not have been the only generic stadium. Besides I shouldn't be playing with a small club like reading in a stadium that appears to hold like 75,000+.
-Add weather! All kinds too, Extreme cold, light rain, heavy rain, fog, snow, as well as the deteriorated pitches that go along with some of these conditions.
-More keeper animations... I see far to many saves where the keeper just jumps up and pulls down a blistering shot like its nothin. Plus, the keepers never punch any shots or crosses away.

Add a Superstar mode like in Madden 07, so much FIFA fans want that now.

But anyway fix all the glitches, like we want every year but EA never does
Deeper manager mode
Better AI (all around but especially for keepers)
Definitly use the right stick to do special moves instead of first touch
Definitly add weather effects and make them affect the gameplay
More teams
More realistic staiums, crowds and chants/cheers
Expanding on the better AI idea... The keeper does not have computer fast reflexes EA, he cant react to the ball as fast as the xbox can so make him have a reaction time more then .05 seconds have him not be able to handle extremly hard shots like they always do and not punch away out of bounds soft shots.
