Whats up with the Finess shot

I play on the 360 and I played my friend last night and he scored 6 goals with this finess shot , but it never works for me, I go to the corner outside the box and I let the meter build up to 3/4 full but the goal keeper still catches my shot everytime, can anybody tell me what I am doing wrong?? thanks in advance guys

This may sound weird, but you don't want to aim for the goal. What you want to do is aim like you're trying hit the corner flag. So if you're at the left corner of the 18 yard box aim like you're trying to hit the right corner flag. I try to avoid the shot, because once you get it down it becomes a pretty obvious glitch.

I keep hearing it is a glitch,lol. maybe I just have to practice more cause that shot seems impossible to make. Well thanks for the advice. later

its not a giltch there not true giltch in the game. This game takes stick and vision. For example the finess shot can be stop.

Yea, the finess shot can be stoped. But you can't deny that it's a glitch. Its the kind of shot that would be more than easily stoped in real life. It's the retarted keeper animation that doesn't allow the keeper to stop it.

Plus, I recently read an interview that was done with the producer of the game and he said that they were doing what the could to fix this glitch for the upcomming champions league game.

use charge the keeper then ur guys get in front of these shots-it works all the time!

Yea the finess shot is pretty gay because if you get any open space near the box its an automatic goal. i just use it againsed the computer if they ever get lucky and score a goal on me.
