[PS3] - FIFA is fustrating the HELL OUT OF ME!!! HELP!!!!

OK here is the problem, I 've been a fifa player since the day it cam out on Sega Genesis, well I've been TRYING to play FIFA 08 but I keep on getting dominated once i step to Professional Level. My passing doesn't come together, my players are always getting over powered. AND NOT TO MENTION DEFENSE!!!!! Whenever i'm trying to attack the ball the computer just shields me out and keeps on zig zagging!!! HELP!!! what the HELL do I DO to get my game up. this is rare for me, I'm always getting to a next level, but this time I;m stuck!!!
