I picked it up yesterday and am having a blast with it. I was a little worried after THE ROAD TO THE WORLD CUP crapfest, but looks like EA came through with a solid game. It's not WE, but it's definitely one of the better FIFA games they've done.

The presentation is top notch, as is the atmosphere. A really cool little detail they added is that the national anthem of the winning team is played (full orchestral piece) at the end in the stat/game summary screen.

They've also added a mode called "Global Challenge", which gives you different scenario's from past qualifying and World Cup games. Think Gridiron Classics from NCAA Football.

As a soccer fan who is eagerly anticipating the WC in about a month, this games will get any soccer fan hyped up.

Anyone getting this game?

I'll probs get it, apparently it isn't as bad as previous FIFA's, they've sped up the gameplay, better motion in the players etc. Still not a patch on Pro Evo (Winning Eleven) though, and it doesn't look as if FIFA will ever be able to rival it. When I get it though you fancy a game/ass whopping? What's your gamertag?

too expensive, i am saving up for an xbox 360 need about 170$ Canadian more (including games 2 controllers.etc) although i wish i could buy it as i am a soccer fanatic

it might be a dumb question but im gonna ask anyway.do they have the mls and all the other soccer teams in the world(ex.ac milan)?

What the hell kind of Mexican are you?!?! Don't you get disowned for saying stuff like that? I know I wouldn't be allowed in CR by my family if I said something like that!;)

Basically, kick the ball in the net. then repeat. That's pretty much it. Soccer is a very simple game.

The other stuff (details, stategy, specific rules) you learn as you go along, as they are not very difficult to pick up.
