this is the offical fifa 07 discussion thread
I will start off, i can't score any goals on headers this year which is great becuase last version it was way too easy to header in and i am having troubles on breakways and about 70% of my goals are coming from Totti Outside the area any tips? |

If I'm on a
 , I'll try to run at one post/side, cut it back to the other side, then finesse shot. If it works correctly, the ball will curve around the diving goalkeeper. Not consistent, but the only way I've found to effectively use it.The finesse shot is tough to pull off. I read that people are abusing it online though. Stand at the corner of the 18 box opposite the player's favored leg and finesse it (a little more than half-way power). I've made a few in arena that way. It drops over the goalie and he can't handle it. Hard to do consistently and pretty cheap. |

I'm finding it really hard to get past the 18 because all you can do is cut there are no fakes or jukes so most of my shots are outside the 18

Headers you have to cross PERFECTLY to score... I've only scored 2 goals off the header though.
I've scored tons of goals from inside the 18 box... To get inside you just need to maneuver your cuts properly, it takes practice. I'm 1-0 online Newcastle over Arsenal... am i the only person who hates this game? i played it once for about an hour and hated the ball physics. the presentation and everything is nifty, but the ball physics were garbage, and isnt that what actually makes a soccer game?
