Anyone in the Philly area willing to help out a fellow Flyers fan?

Hello all!

I am hoping someone in the Philly area (or someone with Centre Ice) would be willing to help out a fellow Flyers fan...

A week from today, on January 11th, I will be attending the Flyers vs Blackhawks game at the United Center. To make the game ever more momentous, I will be sitting in the front row, on the glass, on the side the Flyers shoot at twice. Needless to say many pics and vids will be taken. ;)

Unfortunately, only Hawks games on the road are televised, so I will be unable to tape the game. Chances are good that my bald mug will make an appearance at some point. :D

I am hoping someone in the Philly area (or someone with Centre Ice) would be willing to tape the game (on VHS or DVD) and send it to me....I will of course reimburse the generous individual with $$ to cover the cost of the media, mailing, and extra for the time and consideration. Please reply only if you are serious and could do this huge favor for me.

Can anyone help me out?

Sweet! I would have ended up converting it to DVD anyways, so good to hear it will be recorded in it's "purest" format to start with. ;)

I picked up the Dodge team set off of e-bay (it was a giveaway promotion earlier in the season)...it has cards for the entire team, including Forsberg, Carter, Richards, Umberger, etc. so I am hoping I can get some autos during warm-ups. Doors open at 6 and I plan on being there then. :D

I can't wait for tomorrow....I leave work at noon so we can do some bar-hopping downtown Chicago before the game. It's a shame Chelios is gone as he had a kick-butt bar (Cheli's Chili Bar) that we always used to stop at.

In case you all watch it, I'm in section 110....across from the player benches in the end the Flyers shoot at in the 1st and 3rd periods...just inside the blue line. I'll be wearing my Flyers alternate with "Myers #98" --- figure that one will be easiest to spot on TV. Shouldn't be that hard to spot the guy with the shaved head in the Flyers 3rd. ;)

I'm trying to find him. He said he's near the flyers bench and I see a few Flyers 3rd jerseys. I do see a guy down near the Blackhawks end on the bottom of the screen with a shaved/bald head with a Flyers 3rd on, could that be him?

Yup, that's me. I lent my buddy my old Flyers orange road jersey so we would both stand out. :)

Here are some pics from the game...some of them are a bit fuzzy, but got some pretty good pics of the game last night...tried to get a couple of the hot ice girls as well as a chick that sat across the ice from us. :D
