❌$70B spent, the worst COD ever released

❌$7B spent, lowest scoring Bethesda game released

❌No single GOTY nomination

❌More than 10K+ people laid off

❌Console sales worse than ever

❌Disappointing GamePass numbers

❌Still no VR…

Microsoft in 2023 in a nutshell for me:

- Am very happy with my Xbox Series X

- Am thoroughly enjoying Game Pass

- Have enjoyed Hi-Fi Rush, Starfield, and Forza Motorsport

I don't think Xbox gamers care about VR.

I have absolutely zero interest in VR gaming myself. Do have a PS5 so I do have the ability to access it. Just have no interest in doing so. Xbox having no VR gaming option is of no consequence to me.

I sense anger that Xbox released more games in 2023 than Sony did in 22 and 23 combined.

Xbox could be doing a lot better, yeah; but at least it’s doing better than the PlayStation. The PS5 seems like the most pointless and least desirable of the three to own, with worse features, less game variety, and less value across the board.

Sales figures show the Playstation outselling the Xbox by a large Margin. The one thing holding Xbox together is gamepass.
