Also is anyone super hyped about Outlast 2 ? :D

The Evil Within is pretty legit. Honestly, the horror genre hasn't had a lot of new retail games this generation on consoles. A lot of the Resident Evil games have been released. Besides that, I would definitely look at backwards compatible options. If Condemned is on that BC list, definitely check that out.
@sukraj: Actually that's the one if heard about the most, but the thing is I wanna save up for Outlast 2. The only horror game I have was Outlast, damn it was brilliant. But the Evil Within sounds great, I'll definitely check it out.
As everyone has already mentioned, The Evil Within is a good solution. Easily one of my favorites in recent years. However keep in mind it plays a lot like a harder Resident Evil 4. With a perk system, and honestly; has a poor/forced sneaking mechanic.
But if you're willing to deal with the tank controls? Resident Evil Remaster is another good recommendation.
Is there horror games which are more like "jumpscare" type, unexpected in your face kinda ( sorry that sentence wasn't explained well ) but you know what I mean. Because I checked out The Evil Within and it's more like an RPG horror game, which I think is cool but it's not my type, Resident Evil is also a bit like The Evil Within.
@loyaltoxbox: Here's my list of horror games I own for both PS4/Xbox One I think you should look into:
Agree with people with evil within.. scary, sci fi but not in a cheesy way
I started playing Alan Wake actually.. its for 360 but you can download in the store. its like an interactive horror movie REALLY fun
Layers of Fear. Also there are plenty of games that aren't strictly horror titles but contain horror elements. The F.E.A.R. franchise, for example.
