My close pal Arthur plays D for Victoriaville. :)
He was my neighbor for about 8 years or so, what a great guy, he taught me so much about the game, and he's 4 years younger then myself. __________________ Arthur Kiyaga, No.23, Victoriaville Tigers, QMJHL. DMD Supporter

Wait at least 2 year PLG. Your only 14 now, if you made the QMJHL you'd be dubed "The next Patrick Roy
" I have a evaluation camp coming up myself for a Junior team. It's a mini tournament against all these kids that our much older than me. 15,16,17. I'm also going to attempt to make my high school team next year as a Freshman. Should be hard since there is not a junior and a senior team, they combine it as one. |

One of my friends played Midget AAA this year and didn't get draft by the Q. (Although he got drafted in the Q AAA). Last week, he went to a big evaluation camp with guys his age and younger. The coachs were impressed and named him to play in the camp all-star game. The coach were even more impressed and he's been named in the all-star team that will go play in Boston against all-stars team from the USA and some other places. He says there will be NHL scouts there.
Even if he didn't get drafted by the Q, he got calls from at least 2 teams and maybe more since he made a big impression at the evaluation camp. He says that if he doesn't play in the Q next year, he's gonna head to Notre-Dame Hounds in the Saskatchewan Junior League, where the team wants him.(I doubt that he's gonna leave everything behind, but it's his decision) , and then... probably the NCAA, but that's still far ahead. I know that Vincent Lecavalier and Brad Richards played for that school before their Q days. __________________ ![]() Quote:
