In the Eastern Conference, the Brandon Wheat Kings will host the Regina Pats, the Calgary Hitmen will travel to Red Deer to play the Rebels, the Moose Jaw Warriors will host the Saskatoon Blades, the Lethbridge Hurricanes will host the Medicine Hat Tigers and the Swift Current Broncos will travel to Prince Albert and play the Raiders.

In the Western Conference, the Portland Winter Hawks will travel to Kamloops to play the Blazers and the Kootenay Ice will open at home against the Tri-City Americans.
