ummm... Chicago and Philly are both perennially among AHL attendance leaders, so its hard to argue that they shouldn't have an AHL team... if they support it better than someplace else, why not?...

As for the other two, it remains to be seen...

Philly more than anything else since Chicago was already established in the IHL. I understand that teams want to bring their minor leagues closer to home but I really don't like the trend since what makes minor league hockey great was locations in the second teir of American/Canadian cities and makes it more accessable to those that either can't afford the NHL or those too far away within reason.
