this is somewhat of an equipment inquiry...
i'd like to start attaching weights to my wrists/ankles when i play pick-up hockey. is there a particular brand best suited to hockey? |

for such a thing, the brand dosent really matter...but what you are thinking of is called "cuff weights"...so just look around sports stores for those and im sure they will hook you up. When my bro was playing junior, they used the QMJHL trick of attatching pucks to the bottom of their sticks for practice and then they removed them and started ripping shots...it's good stuff.
