Need a size 14 skate.
A friend of mine is interested in playing ice hockey this year, but the last time he played, he didn't need size 14 skates. I've looked for a couple of hours and I've come across nothing.
Anyone have any numbers, or sites I could visit? |

does he have size 16 shoes? If so then he needs size 14, if his shoe size is 14 then he needs 12.
(I have size 15 shoes and wear size 12 skates) |

Well, it depends on the company too.
He's a size 15 shoe, so... |

My skates are Graf, so if he's going with that route it's a definate 2 sizes down.
Most companies are 1-2 sizes smaller than average shoe sizes however. |

for most feet its 1 - 1 1/2 sizes lower than your average feet but it varies between models and companies. I wear size 8 Bauer Vapors and size 7.5 Bauer Supremes and size 7 Nikes. Usually if someone needs something that big, their options are:
Custom order NikeBauer One90 ($799CDN Skate.. ouch) if your lucky and you can find 'Oversize Stock' skates at stores great. Other than that your friend's best option is to walk into his local hockey shop and ask about his options there. __________________ ![]() FORMERLY - flatline |
