Just put these bad boys on lay-away, same color scheme as the picture, gunna use em mostly for ball hockey. Yes I seen the thread already related to this gear but I wanted to make my own. Anyone have these pads? any comments on em?

they were 600-700 hundred bucks canadian originally and they were on special for $299 (Ca) so i couldnt resist, a lot better then my 200 pound 1991 Vaughn pads haha.

I have the ice hockey pro series ones, the last model made before the inclusion of the Nike marks. I absolutely love them. I was able to pick them up (comparatively) cheap, but they were still pricey as hell. It's nice to know I'm protected by the same models used by the pros though.

My only small issue was breaking in the trapper, as it was a different shape than my old one.

I already have a Itech X-Factor 4.8 Glove and Blocker (in matching red/black/white) colors which are still in perfect condition so I guess I'm set :D

I have to say, I was very apprehensive about these pads but when I used them, I fell in love. I was never a fan of Bauer's goalie pads but these were nice.
