Question Stick curve recommendation

Which stick curve would you recommend for a defenceman.
I also shoot alot from the blue line (wrist shots and slap shots)

Thanks

Re: Stick curve recommendation

If you're a defenseman, you're going to want to make good breakout passes, have a good slapshot and wristshot that can get the puck on net from the point, and you need to be able to pokecheck well. Keep those in mind.

Re: Stick curve recommendation

try to get a flatter blade with less curve. helps to keep slappers low, plus its just better all around for a d-man to have a flatter blade. when i played defense i have a blade with a lotter curve (yzerman then sakic) but thats how i prefered it. so i guess get what you think feels better to you.

Heat one up and play around with it. You'll get the feel for your type after a game or two of experimenting.
