I hate the fact that its coming during the season it should of been into the 2009 season work out the dam kinks during the offseason.
You gotta give it to the MLB to make baseball longer then it already is 5 hours for a game gives you a headace sometimes. |

Don't need it. Missed calls are a part of the game. You win some, you lose some. It has been an accepted fact since the beginning of time.......

I really don't like the idea of implementing instant replay for HR/Fair or Foul calls. Umpires make mistakes just like the players, it's part of the game. If you have replay for Homers, then soon enough people are gonna be asking for close calls at first.
But I've never understood the argument that it will take up time and prolong the game. It'll be just as long as a situation where the manager comes out of the dugout arguing, the umpires gathering and deciphering what they saw, and then confirming or changing the call. But I really don't like the idea of it, umpires are part of the game. |
