Ray Rice:
IMO Rice has been the most impressive Rookie this preseason outside of DeSean Jackson. His running style will make him a very effective NFL rusher. Willis McGahee will sit out or see very little action, which puts the ball into the hands of Mr. Rice. Rice took virtually every 1st team snap for the Ravens this summer and is ready to step up. Don't discount the notion that Mr. Rice won't run away with this opportunity and force the Baltimore brass to make him a bigger part of the offense. He is playing under offensive Coordinator Cam Cameron who has an impressive track record of stud fantasy RBs. Remember Ronnie Brown was the number 1 RB last year before he tore his ACL. Rice has the skill set Cameron loves, that means he'll see a lot of touches both on the ground and through the air. With a Rookie QB the Ravens offense will run through Rice, at least for this week. And when you consider the Ravens play a soft Bengal defense the potential is there for a very big day.
If you were smart enough to draft Rice or are lucky enough to snatch him off the Waiver Wire before kickoff don't be afraid to start him.
