Def Stats from the 3-4 playbook

Well with 06 almost over... I'll share.

3-4
strong
man lock off
The play is called Gaps... I think...
freeze the D
pinch dl
pinch lb
cov aud right
bump

This play brings solid pressure. Good for stopping opponents who like to run up the gut and do PA deep out of running formations.

In obvious passing situations spread the d line and the backers will shoot the gaps. madd preasure.
-------------------------------------------------------

3-4 under
There are 2 versions of this play.. I think its called strike??..
one is zone the other is man. I mix it up

man lock off
freeze the d
pinch
pinch
cov aud right
bump

I will also shift the dl left and the lb right..

Good all around def. Works great if you mix between the man and the zone versions. Confuses the oponent.
---------------------------------------------------------------

nicke 1-5-5
cover 3
man lock off
freeze the d
dl shift left
lb right
cov right
bump

this d looks like you are stacking the line. usually the o player will aud deep... its actually cover 3. Contro the fs and you will get some users. Works will if you mix it in with the next play.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Nickle 1-5-5
man lock off
undersmoke
freeze the d
pinch the dl
pinch the lb
cov right
bump

This brings mad presure. If you run this a couple of times and then switch to that cover 3 you will get some picks.

You can also shift d line to the left and lb to the right.

Watch the run between the tackle and the guard on this play.

-----------------------------------------------------------------
nickle 1-5-5
man lock off
fs zone blitz
freeze the d
line shift left
lb shift right
cov right
bump

Control the fs. he is the blitzing safety on the play.. let him creep up as if he is going to blitz, but then back off on the snap and get back deep. Good pressure and an intermediate to the 2 plays above.
--------------------------------------------------

Nickle 2-4-5
man lock off
undersmoke
pinch
pinch
cov right
bump

Mad presure. For passing situations only.
-----------------------------------------------------

Nickle 2-4-5
man lock off
velcro
pinch
pinch
cov right
bump

only a 2 man rush.. the rest are in zone, but surprisingly good presure. Mix it in with the play above and you will confuse your opponent.
----------------------------------------
Nickle 3-3-5
Man lock off
7 under slice
line left
lb right
cov right
bump

you can also reverse the play and line shift right and lb left. it mixes it up real nice. Good all around play for run or pass.
--------------------------------------------------------
Nickle 3-3-5
undersmoke
man lock off
freeze the d
line shift left
lb shift right
cov right
bump

Good passing def. lots of pressure. Feast of famine on the run.. Watch your a$$ deep.
-----------------------------------------------------------
Nickle 3-3-5
man lock off
cover 3
lins shift left
lb right
cove right
bump

Good to mix this with the under smoke. lots of pick when they are expecting pressure and get rid of the ball fast. No great against the run
------------------------------------------------------------
Dime
man lock off
db strike
freeze the d
pinch the line
bump

only in passing situation vs 3 or more wr.
---------------------------------------------------

qurts
man lock off
undersmoke
freeze the d
pinch the line
pinch the lb
bump
then individually bump every rec on the line

This is the closest thing to a nano I have seen in this game. Watch you a$$ deep cause if the too get it off you can be burned.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Qrts
man lock off
any deep basic zone.
freeze the d
pinch
pinch
bump

this is made to look like the play above.. to trick you opponent into throwing the quick lob. User friendly LOL.
--------------------------------------------------------------------

Goalline
man lock off
I think its called 2 deep
line shift left
lb right
cov right
bump

Good all around short yardage play.
--------------------------------------------

ok well enjoy, and I hope I helped somebody out.
