Re: Greenbay Packers Franchise
![]() ![]() FAVRE ABLE TO RETURN -John Clayton Brett Favre was wheeled off in the game against the Eagles after a vicious hit by Takeo Spikes. The hit was clean, nothing foul, but when Favre went down, his shoulder took the blunt of the hit against the turf of Lambeau Field. He wasn't able to participate in the rest of the game as field doctors advised it would be safe for him to rest and just get back into everything the next week against the Giants. Favre was seen in practice icing and warming up his arm with plenty of throws. There is no doubt that Favre is ready to play the G-Men of New York. ![]() -Wheeled of against the Eagles ![]() -The Giants better be prepared cause Favre is warming up Update: Well thank god Favre was only lost for the game, pregame for the Giants will be posted sometime tomorrow, enjoy this for now |

Re: Greenbay Packers Franchise
![]() ![]() NFL LIVE: Week 2 TW: Hey there folks, Trey Wingo here on NFL Live. Here with me is John Clayton, Chris Mortensen, Merril Hoge, Mark Schlereth. Alright guys the season is underway and we had a ton of good games. MH: Yeah, this season is going to be good! How about the Pats and Jets game or the Packers and Eagles. MS: All the teams came out with intensity to get that first win of season, incredible performances by Travis Henry and Adrian Wilson by the way. TW: Well, speaking of games, who is going to win in Week 2... TW: ...Alright, the Giants and Packers, of course Packers are away after their 24-14 handling of the Eagles, and the Giants losing away, who's going to come out winning? JC: Favre was injured last week so expect him to step his game up, and Eli Manning and 7 interceptions, I'm surprised Tom Coughlin didn't pull him out. I see the Packers winning big with their offense. TW: So, who is your guy's favorite to win this match up. CM: I expect the Packers to win. They showed last week what a ground and pound game can pull. Run the clock out and get some smart passes from Favre. 20-14 Packers MH: 7-3, Packers. I just can't see Packers scoring a whole lot of offense. Both these teams defenses will come knocking on each others doors. Eli better be careful too, Woodson and Harris is going to be looking his way the whole day. MS: The Packers played outstanding against the Eagles, especially with out Favre last week. If he isn't ready to play, I see Aaron stepping in to run and pass the same strategy as last week. Packers win 14-3 TW: So a sweep across the boards. Up next..... Update: Packers and Giants update to be put up tonight |

Re: Greenbay Packers Franchise
id follow, but i decided to do a more local team so it was either the raiders or niners and they had...well the niners did decent and the raiders just sucked, so i went with the niners even tho im a raiders fan, its just hard to build that team up, you can see the San Francisco dynasty HERE
