Can I use my existing XBOX Live account for 360?
Please excuse my ignorance on this, but as I scrolled/flipped through the various pages on the game, I couldn't find an option to use an existing XBOX Live account...what am I missing?
Also, while going through the settings, I couldn't find where I can activate the 'Vision Cone'. Any help would be appreciated, and again, please excuse my ignorance if both of these issues are something very simple that I am missing. Thanks in advance... |

yes, you just sign in with your .NET passport and it'll load up all your info and give you a gold account.

Hmmmm....never knew such a thing existed. I have the 3 month subscrition that comes with the headset...if the .NET comes with that, where do I find the info on it on my original XBOX?
Do I log on to XBOX Live and find that info somewhere online? |

Thanks FredSmooth, I got it taken care of last night...
I 1st had to call XBOX Support, because I was getting a 'fail to connect' due to an MTU issue...I had to upgrade my router's 'firmware' at LINKSYS.com so I could then connect with XBOX Live. One thing that is important to do that I would have never figured out without help from the guy @ XBOX Support, is that you must 1st log off the active profile on your 360's dashboard. After that a prompt comes up asking if you want to use an existing Live account. It pretty much walks you through everything, and there was a page that asked if I had an existing .NET account to enter or if I wanted to activate a new one...I chose to 'activate a new one'. It was pretty much smooth sailing from there. Hope this helps anyone that may be having the same issue. Here's to good gaming! DBV |
