I played some guy from Madden Mania twice. The 1st time we played I was up 34-17 at the end of the 3rd and somehow he mounted a come back and tied it 34-34. I marched down the field and with 5 seconds left, tried a 45 yard field goal (after making FGs of 51 and 50 that game)...I HOOKED IT.

We went into OT and I received the ball....Antwaan Randle-El to the house for a 40-34 win.

Rematch game I was up 28-14. He managed to come back (again) and take the lead 35-28. I scored a td and made it 35-35. With 6 seconds left he kicked a field goal and took a 38-35 lead. There was 1 second remaining on the clock and he kicked it off to Ike Taylor....

I made everyone miss and one of his guys dived in front of me.....I get around him Im gone (Ike has 91 speed)...I tried to go around him, BUT I WAS FRIGGING STUCK! I was stuck on the guy on the ground and finally Ike just fell down over him. I was like NOOOOOOOOOO.

Man, those were some great games.

Me and Turbo... err.. waterMeloN... err.. MD Blitza had a great game last night.

He was the Ravens, I was the Cowboys. It was a defensive battle, as expected.

Fast forward to the 2nd half, it's 7-3 Ravens. Cowboys get the ball to start the half, and they manufacture a drive that takes up all 5 minutes of the 3rd quarter, using short runs from Hambrick and timely passes from Carter. They ended up getting down to the 5 yd line, only to throw an INT on a stupid throw.

Turbo ended up driving down the field on his next drive to add a FG. At this point there's maybe 2 minutes left. On my next drive, I got shut down so he had the ball with a little over a minute left, and I had 2 TO's. I took him out, 3 and out, but was left with no TO's left and 20 seconds. Derek Ross fielded the punt, faked out one guy and then it was off to the races. He scampered into the endzone with 3 seconds left, sending the game into OT.

Cowboys got the ball first in OT, but went 3 and out when Hambrick fell inches short on a 3rd and 2 run. On the punt to McCallister, Mario Edwards, the gunner, was there to meet him. As McCallister caught it, Edwards went to hit him, but McCallister bounced off him, anhe ofo the races. Nobody could catch him, and he scored to win the game in OT.

Turbo never did beat me in Madden 2003, but he's 1-0 against me in 2004. I'll get my revenge.

BTW, fred will probably be able to appreciate this, or anyoen else that was a frequent reader at the MM NFL Discussion forum.. Dexter Coakley had about 7 tackles and an INT.. To my recollection, Ed Hartwell did crap.

Well, although it wasnt a very exciting game on his end, I was loving the ass whooping I gave Ninja last night, only because I could never beat him at 2003. 41-14 in favor of the Iggles. He couldnt stop the audible and the playmaker on Thrash. Thrash would run that 1 yard in route and Billy McMullen would run a flat and Ninja was getting hammered.

Well, we ran another one, he wsa winning 17-0 headed into halftime but we lost connection. Im quite sure hes looking for me online as we speak

I played Watermelon and it came down to a last minite iNT that saved the gaem. He is a beast with Heap. He is the best person Ive Played even tho i beat him twice :D

Some dude named Apsotle beat me by returning a kickoff with 1 second left after i took the lead by making a 2point conversion. The special teams need work there was a total of 3 kicks taken back that game and others that I have played in damn near allowed returns.

I Beat some1 131-0 with 9+ ints. I havent found ne compition Yet. i won 3 games (all shutouts) and got none of the wins because the servers have been messed up today.

Yeah, special teams is terrible. I've given up 3-4 PR TDs in like 7 online games. And I'v gotten 3 of my own at the same time. I've also returned a KR but haven't had one returned on me.
