Any pass play that has a wheel route should get you off the bump without motion or anything like that. There is one route in particular that works well. Lets say you are the X reciever. There is a route that does a quick like 2 yard slant up and to the right, then it cuts straight up to a fly route for about 7-8 yards, then it does another cut again up and to the right. These types of plays that have the "wheel" route in the beginning of the route get off the bump clean all the time. The only reason that i hate the wheel route that you get useing the playmaker is that it usually starts your wheel route to the outside. These other routes that im talking about go to the inside first. Go and check the Run n Gun playbook. That book has a ridiculous amount of bunch formations and all kinds of wheel routes in it. In the run n gun playbook there is actually a play in the single back normal formation where both the X and Z recievers run that route i was talking about above. If they are in BnR, check the safeties first. If the safeties drop to a cover 2, you really have to thread the ball in there, but if you see either the FS or the SS roll to the middle of the field, hit the WR on whichever side the guy just rolled from. MONEY! I would also hot route your slot wr to do a slant inside just to get him away from the outside wr cause its going to be a quick throw. Play around with that and let me know how it works.
