I'm interested in building a new stadium but I don't want to move my team. To those of you who have done this. How much money should i have? I know it depends on how good the stadium will be but i mean like 20 mil or 100 mil or 200 mil or what? Also i know you have to build the stadium during the offseason but do you actually get it that next season? Or do you wait a year or two before it's ready? I'm hoping it's the latter. Much more realistic. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. :)

Well i can answer onee for you..its one season later and if you move your team to a new city the fans will hate you but if youre just rebuilding then the fans will get higher(well at least for me)but i forgot how much everything cost..but u can decide how much money comes from which source.Hope this helps.

The stadium I was wanting to build would have cost right around 300 million. I think the lowest I could get it was about 275

Thanks guys. I designed my stadium and now I'm trying to fund it. What are Personal Seat licenses? I have 100 mil in assets. How much should i offer to pay for? I just went to the Super Bowl so my fan support is all the way up.
