I dunno a lot about the PC version but I was wonderin, how do the Draft/Rookie Imports, is it possible to have real rookies?

What do you mean by "real" rookies? This years rookies are in the game and you have rookies each year that are generated. If you're talking about rookies from NCAA then no cause NCAA isn't on the PC, but those rookies are just computer generated guys same as what Madden generates anyways.
