customization/franchise issues

Okay, maybe I'm an idiot, but ...

1) How do you relocate? After 2 franchise seasons, I've clicked the relocate button, but there don't seem to be any options there. Do I have to wait to get an offer before I can relocate?

2) Is it not possible to start a franchise with created teams? When I start my franchises, there doesn't seem to be any way to change the teams in the league.

What am I missing?

1) Options only appear when you get a relocation offer. You can choose to relocate anyway, you just don't get any deals from the city you are moving to.

2) It says in the manual that you can't start a franchise with created teams.

you can't do owner mode with created teams.....you can do a normal franchise though.

after the season you can change your uniforms if you are going to relocate, there you can put in all your custom Uniform graphics and whatnot.

Yeah, I figured this out. Kind of a bummer, but I can live with it. I actually think I'd get tired of worrying about taco prices after 10 years anyway. I'm working on fixing the Cardinals, and once I can do that, I'll start up a 32-created-teams franchise.
