instead of chosing a face that has a beird or something, maybe add like they did with hair, choose facial hair type etc? Not a major priority, but something to think about

If they let you custom edit faces in a separate .bmp file (like midfields, endzone, main, etc.) it would be no problem at all. You could design your own face and add a beard if you liked. But of course, EA always choose to drop the ball on the customization front.
