Vick broken fibula, out min 6 weeks! Let this be a message to all NFL players! Don't be on the Madden cover or injuries/crappy seasons will follow!

There has been alot of talk about a curse and Being the Coverguy for the EA series..

That Curse continues as Michael Vick Just Broke his right leg scrambling in a pre-season game.Man what the hell with the Falcons do now

wow! Now, is Vick still worth a first round pick in Fantasy Football knowing he will be out a minimal of 6 weeks?

Ok....I heard this maybe on ESPN or something a few months back when they were talking about 2k4... they said something about the madden curse... ( the last 4 years for pc online)

well once again it has struck....

Marshall Faulk, Madden Cover... = Injured
Eddie George, Madden Cover... = Injured
Dante Culpepper, Madden Cover... = Injured

And now... Michael Vick, Madden Cover... = Injured

Coincidence? I think not

Maybe next year they should put Al Davis on the cover, that way maybe Los Angeles fans can get some joy out of it

As exciting as Vick is, many feared this is what would be his downfall. All that scrambling is bound to lead to injury. The LBs in the NFL are big and fast and looking to take his head off anytime he leaves the pocket.
