I DL ChrisJNelsons roster from this site. I loaded in on to my memory card using the transfer kit from my PC. When I plug it in to the console something strange happens. None of my controllers will activate they all just flash when i turn them on or try to synch them. Then when I use the remote to scroll through the menus it acts like my memory card is not plugged in. Any help guys?

Are updated rosters available on 360? If so, how do you get them? I went to the XBOX Live Marketplace, but I didn't see them. Can anyone help?
