One of the few good hockey things about being in central Missouri is that nobody here gives a rat's ass about NHL McFarlanes. So I was able to find both of the Vintage series 1 Gretzky figures, for 10 bucks each :)

the problem I'm having though, is the legs for the LA Gretzky figure don't fit into their slots, no matter the force applied. How should I go about getting those legs in?

I had the same problem, just soak the torso in hot water for 5-10 minutes, and slide the legs in
