for a website, if this would even be possible, I would really like to see a way to implement space for each customizer to display their work, kinda like a small gallary. Come up with a standard style, then stick to it. Standard picture sizes and formats, ect. I dunno how it could work, but I think it would be nice for each of us to have a place to not only display our work, but also use it to help promote DMHN though customs. Just my thoughts though.

Additionally, it'd be nice to see some graphics put up that we could use, be it equipment or team logos, number sets, ect. Vector format if possible. I'm not sure about the legality of all that though.

Next, colour selection. I can't count how many people have trouble with colour. But it would be nice to have a list of suggested colours for each team as well as a RGB colour value for each suggested colour.

A set of links would be great too. Link things like Jomo's site (we all know and use it, maybe he'd cross promote??), beldel.com, micromark.com, plus image referance websites (gettyimages, sportsline).

Finally, pictures of the items necessary for customs. So often people have a hard time knowing what to get, so throw up pictures of things. Take a picture of the cheap bottles of paint, the krylon clear coat, the testors dul cote, ect. That way, people know.

Anyhow, just a few of my thoughts like I said. Hopefully they spur something. Let me know if I can help in any way.

I agree with everything you said, but the logo idea won't happen due to legality issues :(. Shawn already tried starting a site awhile ago with logos, number/letter sets, everything, but he couldnt get it off the ground due to the legality issues.

However, I do like the idea of each customizer being alotted a certain amount of webspace to display their work. We'd jsut need to find a willing server to host it all, and somehow enforce guidelines to only allow the upload of image files within a certain dimention range. Otherwise people would abuse the previledge and upload their own personal stuff just cause they have the webspace. It's a great idea if we can enforce strict rules on it :).

actually, I'd really rather see it that we come up with a standard format, but each person hosts the page themselves, though links it through dmhn, that way we aren't stealing bandwidth, but retain everything else from the site. I don't know if that makes it easier or harder, but it was a thought.

Good idea but not everyone is image editing capable and might screw the format up :)

if you can't format an image down to a certain size (say 600x800), you A) probably shouldn't be displaying your customs, B) Probably coudln't figure out how to upload an image anyhow, and C) if they are that lazy that they couldn't find someone to help, should we really be displaying their work? Sorry if I offended anyone, just my thoughts.

The Cujo ones are expensive because they are harder to find since they were made in 2001. Face should be around $10.
