Re: IGN Top 15 Secondbasemen
Wow... I really dont like those rankings.
Jose Lopez was an All-Star and he doesn't get on the list? Ray Durham in the top-10? Jose Vidro in the top-10? Lot of people are out of place imo. I just looked at the 1B ratings... lol at the AL MVP being #11. __________________ Quote:

Re: IGN Top 15 Secondbasemen
Lol at Vidro and Durham, wow.
I think Weeks should be a few spots higher, but whatever. 2k's always blown at ratings. Sidenote- Holy hell at Morneau being #11 and Frank Thomas making that list, wow. __________________ you could charm the black off a telegram boy |

Re: IGN Top 15 Secondbasemen
Weeks doesn't hit for average, or he would be higher. I like where vidro is at, but think Durham is a little high, he is getting older, and may not hit well this year, his power numbers last year helped him out. Lopez may not be that high ranked, because they are checking he is for real 1 great season doesn't make you a #1 player at that position.

Re: IGN Top 15 Secondbasemen
.279 is a bad average?
There is no way Lopez should have benn left off the list. Dan Uggla played only one year and he was in the top 10. Jorge Cantu had one good year for the Rays. Vidro was injured last year, and was terrible when he played. 2K just did a bad job on their ratings. __________________ Quote:

Re: IGN Top 15 Secondbasemen
Thats nothing new, 2K is consistently bad on ratings. Generally I would say ratings are subjective and you'll never satisfy anyone, but I dont see how its possible to justify some of the things we've already seen released ratings wise. Boggles my mind.

Re: IGN Top 15 Secondbasemen
Vidro shouldn't be in the top 15 or anything near this list now. He's fat, he's slow, his bat is getting slower. Castillo and Lopez are far better than him.

Re: IGN Top 15 Secondbasemen
I dont c the huge beef with Morneau at #12, granted he is the AL MVP (Jeter still shoulda won) because who honestly can you really put in Morneau's place? The only person I c is Nomar who is just one spot ahead of him. He has had just a great 4 months in his career and he should be right where he is.
